It wasn't the bad movie. It was actually as any other kids movie. Nice done (look at the way the people are animated there; although they are just silhuettes, they seem to be quite realistic), with message (bonus points for flamingo's background story; it was really touching) and not so bad jokes. I've seen lamer movies based on classics of literature.
